Daily Update

Tomorrow I will be doing a Zoom call with Farrah Ruano at 1pm. Our primary focus will be on eating, nutrition, quarantine struggles with food, and more. I will record it and post it for those to watch later as well. If you can join us at 1pm, do so! We will field some questions at the end.

Lifestyle Tips

Consistency: "The problem with being consistent is that there are lots of ways to be consistent, and they're all inconsistent with each other." 

Consistency looks different to every single person. What a consistent workout routine is for me is entirely different than you. A crucial step to reaching your desired outcomes is defining success. Once you know what success looks like, you can create the consistency that you seek. 

So long story short, stop beating yourself up for missing workouts or eating a cookie. If success to you is being active 5 out of 7 days then use that to write your 'consistent routine' to follow. Don't let societal pressures or other's values impose on your life's ambitions
