We discussed this on our nutrition call today but the "Plate Method" can be a real game-changer for you. The idea is that every meal you eat you make sure your important macronutrients are represented. Think of dividing up your plate into different zones. One zone is protein, one for fat, another for veggies/fruits, and some fibrous carbs as well. Stick to that simple guideline and you'll eliminate most of your nutritional struggles at once.
More and more small businesses are going to reopen soon and Lead Fitness will be among them at some point. We will do our due diligence to make sure we have as much 'official' information as possible and make the best decisions for our clients, our staff, our business, and our community. We have no set date as of now but things seem to be moving in a positive direction. As we continue to develop our plans to resume (limited) operations, we will share that information with you as we go.
