All Levels Training

Our small group fitness classes are not a "one-size-fits-all" solution. We understand that YOU have personal goals and for that, you need a personalized workout prescription. You are unique, and your workouts should be too. 

At Lead, your workouts will combine the best elements of CrossFit, weight training, endurance training, and bodyweight calisthenics. We will work with you to determine what your personal fitness level is and your daily workouts will reflect that. Using the state-of-the-art Level Method system, we can customize your workout experience to ensure your continued progress and safety. Best of all, you will grow stronger, leaner, and have loads more confidence. 

Most importantly, at Lead we keep our class sizes small on purpose. Long before coronavirus forced gyms to downsize, we made it a point to have a client to coach ratio of single digits (7:1 to be exact). Why? Because we believe in coaching and it's been proven that having a coach is the fastest way to reach your goals.

Youth Fitness Classes

Our Lead Youth Fitness classes are for children ages 6-16 years old. We teach them the fundamentals of movement, exercise, nutrition and character. Our objective is to build healthy, strong and capable young adults. The program really gives kids confidence and builds character, all while having fun!

Want growth minded and gritty kids? Come check us out. If you have teens older than 16, they can join our adult Levels Training Program or possibly take on sport specific training.

Private Training

Private 1-on-1 Training at Lead Fitness is perfect for those that are serious and committed to maximizing their potential. Whether you are just getting started on your fitness journey or trying to become the fittest on Earth, we are able to give you the support you need.  

You can set up a single appointment or a recurring arrangement based on your needs. Lead 1-on-1 Private Training sessions are a perfect complement to add on to your Group Levels Class membership. Non-Lead members are also more than welcome to come in and work 1-on-1 with our Lead Coaches.

Sport Specific Training

Whether you are an athlete that is looking to maximize the off-season, or a team that is looking to be a step ahead of their competition, we can help. Sport-specific training is the best way to develop the strength, speed, and endurance to excel on the field. We've worked with high school, college, and professional athletes of all ages and sports to create a custom plan that will maximize every minute you spend training.
