Katelynn brings the heart, driven by a deep passion for helping other rediscover their strength, inside and out. With years of experience in Crossfit, gymnastics, and weightlifting, and a commitment to intentional coaching, she creates an environment where every athlete feels seen, supported, and challenged. Her faith is at the center of what she does, shaping the way she leads, encourages and builds community. Katelynn believes fitness is more than physical, it's a tool to grow in confidence, resilience, and purpose.
